  1. Hello Deborah,

Congrats on your weight loss. Thirty pounds is no easy task. You look amazing but I find you to be beautiful either way. A very elegant woman that exhibits grace and class in everything that you do.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday,

    Janet

    1. I didn't follow a particular diet. I just did no sugars, no grains, no processed food, no snacks. Lean meats, veggies, small amounts of fruit, nuts, and good fats (olive oil and organic butter). Very simple and a little boring and, I'm not going to lie, hard. But so worth it!! Every once in a while, I allowed myself a treat, but I had to go out for it (as in, a restaurant, with no doggie bag to bring home). Cleaned the house of any temptation. Fortunately, my husband was on board.
BTW, did you notice the purse and necklace in the second pic??

  6. Oh wow you look amazing Deborah, but I though you you looked pretty and nice before! You must feel so good and your hair color is nice too! You are an inspiration! I went to a block party yesterday and I could not resist an ice pop and a donut for dessert. It is so hard to stay away from sweets. Have a wonderful week!

  7. Dear Deborah ~ You are a lovely lady in both pictures. Congrats to your loss of 30 lbs. though. That's great! It's hard to imagine what you did eat, with not eating all those things listed. You are an inspiration.

  13. Healthy eating wins every time. Of course....you really need self-discipline to lose weight, and you have my heartiest congratulations. To say it was well worth it, is to state the obvious. You look beautiful.

Love the shoes and the clutch. Keep up the good work.

  14. You are lovely before and after and this is my opinion in regards to the hair posts as well :) And what is MOST important is that you and your blog were interesting when you started up ...meaning your looks didn't have a thing to do with attracting people to your personality / posts etc before you decided to share that as well : )
